an informal network of organizations that has established a permanent platform for consultation and exchange among entities committed to promoting peer mediation across Europe.
It includes experienced organizations with several years of concrete expertise in the field of peer mediation from various European countries, including Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Montenegro.
The multilingual digital platform Europeer Mediation Initiatives serves as a reference point for peer mediation in Europe, providing access to a comprehensive database of resources (webographies, filmographies, and bibliographies), practical tools, and training materials.
In addition to functioning as a database, the platform also offers a national and a European online space for young mediators to share experiences and solutions at both national and European levels.
