Our wish is for the environments where people develop together to be harmonious, empathetic... and also effective. That's why we develop programs that help organizations and their individual members in this direction. Because #relationships come first in schools.
For over a decade, we have been developing and running the School Mediation .CZ platform. It brings together people interested in school and peer mediation, to whom we pass on everything we have learned so far – professionally, honestly, and in an empowering way. We do this through training, consultations, supervision, and peer and community sharing.
We strive for the development of school mediation in the Czech Republic through awareness-raising (publishing activities, participation in conferences, membership in other platforms, cooperation with state administration, etc.). We are building a community of school mediators. In addition to this, we utilize restorative approaches in other programs for the school environment – School Evaluation, School Facilitation, Communication First Aid for Schools. We support the effective participation of school stakeholders through the School Councils platform.
We are a non-profit organization that collaborates with state institutions and other expert associations.
